Approach
My Leadership Style
Activator
My primary role as a leader is to inspire the people around me to action and results. I do this by understanding motivation, providing space for employees to deliver their best selves, and normalizing vulnerability by sharing my own success and failures. It also means I eagerly step up to take ownership of hard decisions, responsibilties and accountability.
Connectedness
I believe that work / life is one entity. This means that I believe it is my responsibility to support my employees’ whole self – not just their work self. I ask often, “How do I use my business to create a domino of good?” When we compartmentalize work from life, we lose part of ourselves. It’s my goal to keep everyone whole.
Learner, Intellection, Input
Leadership starts with staying curious about everything. I seek out questions and the people who love to find answers. Interpreting needs and connecting solutions is core to my approach for customer and employee experience. I empower the people I work with to own knowledge seeking and transfer across the organization.
